Warranty registration should be done within 7 days upon receiving of product.

Kindly upload a clear image of your purchase receipt. The following details should all be clearly indicated on 1 receipt image:

Seller/Shop Name
Transaction ID
Date and/or time
Product(s) name
Total amount paid

For screenshots, you can take a scroll screenshot if required to ensure all details are in the same page.

Baby Express reserves the right to deem any warranty as invalid should the purchase cannot be verified, the image tempered with and/or suspected fraudulent acts. The warranty will also be deemed invalid should the product provided not match the description in the receipt.

If the product is a gift, please register the warranty under the user's details. The warranty is recorded based on the user's contact number.
