Warranty Terms & Conditions

Baby Express products are warranted against defects in manufacturing materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months, from the date of purchase. Product(s) may be repaired or replaced with part(s) that is/are determined to be defective by our technical team and is/are covered by this warranty.

Warranty registration should be done based on the proof of purchase/receipt/invoice. If you have multiple items in 1 receipt, you will only need to register once. The warranty is not transferable, should it be a gift, do register it under the user's name and contact, or inform the user to self register.

For purchases made in advance, upload a proof of Estimated Due Date/gynae card during warranty registration. Baby's birth certificate may be requested upon warranty claims for verification purposes. 

Postpone of warranty commencement date should be no more than 5 months, and applicable only for breast pump. UV bag warranty starts upon receiving of item.

Baby Express reserves the right to deem any warranty as invalid should the purchase cannot be verified, and/or image/receipt tempered, and/or product provided does not match the description in receipt and/or suspected fraudulent acts.

Warranty registration should be done within 7 days upon receiving of product. 

 

Servicing and Parts Charges

Baby Express provides product servicing and repair services within 60 minutes.

Labour fees (no warranty) : charged once per appointment per customer

If you have any product that needs servicing and is not covered under warranty, charges will still be applied.

Parts cost : charges accordingly, can only be advised upon checking

 

Service Centre (appointment is required) :

Location : Parent's Place - 3 Ang Mo Kio Street 62 #03-21 Singapore 569139

Operating hours : Weekdays 11am to 4pm (by appointment only)

- You can choose to self drop off and pick up once ready, available daily between 9am to 9pm
- Should you engage your own courier or external parties in providing such services, Baby Express will not be liable for any damages, delays and/or loss once the item is handed over.
- Appointment will be deemed canceled if you do not show up within 15 minutes of your appointment time.

 

Doorstep Servicing

Location : only at residential areas outside of Sentosa and CBD area

Operating hours : Weekdays 4pm to 6pm (by appointment only)

A one-time transport fee will be charged per appointment and is strictly required before appointment booking


- Servicing process will not be done in your premises.
- Any no-show, last minute cancellation or amendment, with less than 24 hours notice, will be subjected to a forfeit of transport fee.
- Waiting time/allowance up to 15 minutes upon arrival, any later, will be subjected to our availability.

 

Warranty Period

Our warranty period will apply with respect to products supplied by Baby Express Singapore Pte Ltd and its' authorised retailers, and before the expiry of 12 months from the date of product purchased/delivered. If you are purchasing in advanced, prior the birth of your baby, proof of baby's due date (EDD) is required.

Proof of purchase/delivery or invoice and/or EDD/birth certificate (for purchases made in advanced <5mths) is strictly required for warranty claim during the warranty period. Warranty will be deemed invalid if unverifiable.

 

Warranty Coverage

Breast Pump Motor Only 

- software malfunction ; no suction, unable to switch mode, indication light error

- battery malfunction ; unable to charge, unable to use without plug, does not last as per indicated life*

- physical damage on motor* ; dent, scratches, misfitting, button not working 

* should be reported within 3 days upon receiving. 

 

UV Steriliser Bag

- software malfunction ; unable to turn on, indication light error

- physical damage* ; dent, scratches, misfitting, tear, button not working 

* should be reported within 3 days upon receiving. 

 

Baby Express's warranty DO NOT cover any products damaged by

- misuse/abuse/negligence

- liquid contact/damage 

- accidental physical damage (drop/mishandling/negligence)

- forceful use/removal

- not complying to standard operating instructions

- pairing with pump parts not from Baby Express and authorised retailers

 

Should we find that the product was tempered with, Baby Express reserves the right to reject all warranty coverage and/or repair and/or replacement. Baby Express may contact the relevant authorities for any situations with legal implications.
