The price payable by you shall be the price listed on sales at the time your order is transmitted to us through the website. We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time, without prior notice
We accept payment through Paypal, GrabPay and PayNow via our website or UEN transfer only. No orders will be accepted through messages. When in doubt, please contact us at +65 97207388 to clarify.

Due to hygiene issues, once an order is dispatched, we would not be able to do an exchange.
Please only proceed to place your order if you are confirm and comfortable in purchasing from us.
Baby Express is not liable for any wrong address or contact details provided. The buyer/customer is responsible for providing accurate address and contact details. Should there be any failed delivery, additional charge may incur for redelivery.
Orders will be processed within 2 working days. Daily order cut off time, 3pm.
Should any item be out of sold, or on a pre-order basis. The whole order will be on hold and will be shipped out once all item(s) have arrived. Additional charges may incur should you choose to have your order shipped out separately.
Doorstep delivery - within 3 working days, free for orders above $40.00
Express delivery* - within 36 hours, chargeable at $10

Doorstep delivery via international courier services - please check with us, for cost and delivery time, before proceeding as delivery time may vary due to the covid-19 situation.
Upon proceeding with an order, you are agreeable and understands that the delivery time provided, does not include delays at custom.
Baby Express is not liable for any delays at custom, for any known/unknown reasons. Estimated delivery date provided is excluding any delay (if any) at custom. Once an order is shipped out and arrives at the destination's country, it is considered delivered. Strictly no refunds will be made for such circumstances.
refunds and exchange
Once order has been dispatched, we would not be able to amend, change or cancel your order.
Strictly no exchange for breast pumps once the order has been dispatched, left Baby Express premises or retail outlet.
For accessories, others and diapers, products must be in original packaging, sealed, and subjected to our approval.
Customer would need to be responsible for returning and/or bear charges involved for exchange.
Baby Express reserves the right to reject any exchanges that we deem invalid.
Strictly no order cancellation especially for pre-orders. We would also not be able to change your pre-order item too.
Do note that pre-order delivery dates indicated are an estimated date, and may have delay of up to 7 working days. There will not be any compensation or cancellation allowed due to delays within the said period. Please only proceed should you be agreeable to the waiting time.
