Warranty Period

Our warranty period will apply with respect to products supplied by Baby Express and its' authorised retailers, and before the expiry of 12 months from the date of product purchased/delivered. For purchases made in advance, proof of edd is required.

Proof of purchase/delivery or invoice and/or edd (for purchases made in advanced <5mths) is stricly required for warranty claim during the warranty period. Warranty will be deemed invalid if unverifiable.

We highly recommend that all products are checked upon purchase to ensure that it is in good condition.

Warranty Coverage

Breast Pump Motor Only

- software malfunction ; no suction, unable to switch mode, indication light error

- battery malfunction ; unable to charge, unable to use without plug, does not last as per indicated life*

- physical damage on motor* ; dent, scratches, misfitting, button not working

* should be reported within the first week of use.

UV Steriliser Bag

- software malfunction ; unable to turn on, indication light error

- physical damage* ; dent, scratches, misfitting, tear, button not working

* should be reported within the first week of use.

Baby Express do not cover any products damaged by misuse/abuse/negligence, liquid contact, accidental damage (drop/mishandling), forceful use (forcefully removal) and not complying to standard operating instructions. Should we find that the product was tempered, Baby Express reserves the right to reject warranty claims.

Servicing, Replacement and other services

Servicing/repair works will be done at our office at 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, and are generally resolved within 30 minutes. If the product under warranty is unable to be repaired, a replacement motor will be provided.

For servicing/repair works for product not under warranty, there will be a service fee of $15, excluding parts cost.

Please note that an appointment at our office is strictly required and we are unable to attend to walk-ins.

Doorstep servicing/repair is chargeable at $25 per trip, at limited areas.

Baby Express provides courier services at $10 per trip, if required. Should you engage your own courier or external parties in providing such transportation services, we will not be liable for damages, delays or loss once the product leaves our premises.
