Breastfeeding may be a natural process but being mothers, we are always worried and concerned about whether what we do is right or wrong. Myth, superstitions, and mummy hacks are easily accessible online, but what is right or wrong? What you should or should not do? We are not here to judge, just here to lend you a helping hand on this magical journey.

At Baby Express, our team of internationally certified Lactation Consultants are here to help and guide mothers on this magical journey. With proper training and knowledge, we aim to provide mothers with much-needed assistance. Breast pumping issues can be more than meet the eye and not just a 'not sure how to use'. Improper use of a breast pump can cause problems like cracked nipples to 'strawberry milk' and even mastitis, whereby medical intervention is required.

In-person session 60-minutes

In this 60-minute session, a certified Lactation Consultant will personally guide you through your breast pumping concerns. Upon obtaining your pumping, lifestyle and diet information, she will provide recommended methods to prevent and solve your pumping issue. 

• Pumping, lifestyle and diet information are required to pinpoint the cause.
• Appointment is required. Strictly no walk-in.
  
• The session is limited to a 1-time 60 minutes for 1 mummy only.
• The session will be held at Baby Express's premises only.
• Mummy will need to bring your breast pump for the session.
• Pumping during session may be required to address certain concerns.
• Additional time will be charged at $45 per 15-mins block, subject to our availability.
  
• Rescheduling is required should mummy be >15mins late for appointment.

Online unlimited (6 or 12 months)

At your own convenience, get engaged with our certified Lactation Consultant online. She will personally guide you through your breast pumping journey. She will listen to your concerns and provide you with recommended methods to not just prevent but solve your pumping issue. This service is available daily from 10am to 8pm only.

• Pumping, lifestyle and diet information is required to pinpoint the cause.
• The service is limited for 1 mummy only.
• The service is strictly available online through our messaging platform.
  
• Expect a response in about 2-hours and a slower response on weekends/public holidays.

12 months get 2 free in-person 30-minute session

Upon purchase, you will be contacted to commence your services. Kindly note that our services are consultation-based. The user is required to provide personal information such as pumping schedule, lifestyle, diet and any other related information for us to assess the situation, and provide solutions.
